A great position has arisen for a commis chef to join a team in a large brigade working for a national catering company at a large boarding school in West Sussex near to Horsham .

You need to have a real interest in a career in cooking and preferably some experience would be welcome . Perhaps you have already started your formal education in cooking you will be working in all sections of the kitchen to further enhance your skills and learn under the guidance of the Exec Chef and his team .

The salary is £6.15 per hour for 39.5 hours week 6 days out of 7 in two straight shift patterns including early start of 6 am . Chefs are not normally working after 7 .30 pm unless for functions . A paid lieu day is accumulated and taking during school holidays making this a great job for those who like longer paid holidays .
