Job Overview

Job Purpose
To ensure the seamless running of KOBA Bar and Venue with both efficiency and attention to detail. Delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in improving turnover. Liaise with and support all staff enabling a high level of product knowledge and effective stock control. Ensure that KOBA remains amongst the top bars in Brighton & Hove.

Objectives & Goals
To be accountable for the smooth operation of KOBA
Maintain the high standard of Cocktails and ensure consistency of all drinks
Maintain extensive product knowledge with regards to suppliers and brands
Maximise revenue opportunities
Generate/Maximise opportunities to utilise Koba for private events/meetings.
Consistently exceed guest expectations.
Develop a motivated and high performing team, committed to delivering clear goals.
Develop a positive, direct and open relationship with all colleagues.
Overseeing & maintaining high quality floor service.
Promote positive community relations to protect the licence.
Protect the image of KOBA
