Japanese Customer Service Adviser
My client is looking to fill a Japanese Language Customer Service Job with a fluent speaker who has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally you will have experience handling inbound customer service calls or have worked in a similar role. The client actively seeks to provide the highest levels of customer care and provide support to an international clientele. You will need to be calm and able to manage difficult situations, ensuring you gather vital information and provide essential support to each customer.
In return the client are offering £14,000 per annum, the chance to work in a dynamic working environment with a varied and rewarding job description.
We need committed people, with excellent listening skills, those who are able to handle pressure and be a calming influence. If you do not have office experience, but posses the language skills and the right attitude then applications will be considered.
