I am a freelance chef working in the south coast area but am willing to travel .
I have worked in various restaurants from pubs to 2 rosette my current level is sous chef but am fully able and confident to run a kitchen in the absence of the head chef my rate starts at £10 upto £15 ph depending on distance , so if your chef is sick or taking a break please feel free to contact me for a first class speedy responce .I have just finished on the opening/relauch of Bentley's in The Angel Hotel Midhusrt .
