Double room in friendly Hanover flat (£100 pw)
Hello,
I'm looking for someone to share my lovely flat with.The room is a double at the top of the flat which has lots of light and a wooden floor. It's a loft conversion so it has an interesting shape and it comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and other things.
The flat is in Hanover so lots of good pubs and a shop at the end of the road. It as got an open plan kitchen and living room, a dance floor size bathroom and best of all an open fire for the winter!
I am looking for someone who has lots going on in their life like me. Who is happy to get involved in the ocassional dinner party/glass of wine/cup of tea and is house trained too. It would suit someone in their late 20s or 30s.
The rent is £400 per month or £490 with all bills. Oh yeah.... there is broadband internet too.
