We are a traditional village pub, located 4 miles outside of Lewes. We are looking for a Chef to work approximately 25 - 35 hours a week, predominantly over weekends. Full training will be given, but kitchen experience would be desirable and pay would be dependent on the level of experience. The menu is comprised of traditional pub food, including homemade burgers, scampi and pies. Due to the location of the pub, own transport is essential.
