Our client have a prominent presence in the UK retail market as well as distributors worldwide, they are now expanding in to the non-retail market.

The Role - Graduate Sales Executive

We are looking for a bright, energetic and engaging university graduate or person of graduate calibre who is seeking an exciting role, with excellent career progression. In return we can offer you high earnings with bonuses and a generous commission structure as well as full sales training.

The Graduate Sales Executive position will involve identifying possible new business sources and developing contacts at a high level within target organisations. You will also be required to develop and maintain lasting business relationships, attend business appointments, negotiate professionally and successfully close a sale.

The role will initially be based at the headquarters in West Sussex but you will also cover specific regions therefore a driving license is essential.

Specific requirements for the Graduate Sales Executive role:

- Educated to degree level or equivalent in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
- Persuasive Personality
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential
- Passion for business
- Ability to work effectively in a pressurised environment

No experience is necessary as full sales training will be provided which will involve shadowing colleagues and you will receive support from your assigned mentor.
