We are looking for either an individual or couple that;
have a minumum of 3 years pub management experience
have previously run wet-led public houses
are cellar trained and have had training on real ales
are accustomed to good stock control practices
have an enthusiastic, hardworking and hands-on approach to work
have a grasp of the basic business principles of profit and margins
pride themselves on presentation and cleanliness
hold a personal license
