Falmouth is a lively town with a thriving arts and music scene. There are three beautiful sandy beaches here, and many more in the surrounding area. The town centre boasts expansive riverside and harbour views, and is a popular centre for sailing and watersports.
My house is set in a very attractive location; on a private road with no thru traffic, and views over the Penmere valley from the back garden. Swanpool bay can be seen from the front garden, and Swanpool and Gyllinvase beaches are only 15 mins walk away (Maenporth 25).
