Job
Embracing of challenging situations, customer focused, problem solving and orderly working practices. Word, excel, using and navigating the internet, replying to customer emails and use of a retail IT database. Good telephone skills required.Full company understanding, training on department systems given. Liaising with internal departments and externals.
Personality Profile
Essential
Proffessional approach to resolve customer issues. Be a good listener and communicator. Confident and friendly attitude.
Desirable
Able to work under pressure and offer reasonable solutions. Team player but can also work unsupervised. Prior customer service experience preferred. Customer Care background, Passinate about bikes and always happy to go that extra mile for our customers.
