We share the kitchen & bathroom, and the house has central heating, double glazing, a washing machine & Wifi. We also have a cosy back garden in case you have a bicycle to bring with you.

We are very close to amenities, along with trains (Fishersgate station-3mins walk & Portslade Station 10mins walk) & buses (1, 1a, 20, 6-3mins walk & 25 &49 10mins walk), if you drive there is free on-street parking (no vouchers to worry about) or if you prefer to cycle, the main cycle lane is from Portslade to Brighton along the seafront - lovely on a sunny day!

We are a young prof couple who also live with 1 other lady. We are looking for an independent lady lodger who is tidy and fairly quiet. (Not silent but not throwing parties all night long!)

Our house will suit you if you are looking for a safe quiet place to come home to.

Rent includes bills (not phone) and we require references, 1 month deposit and 1 month in advance.

Please note we are just outside Brighton!(on the border with Hove) but don't be put off, there are no parking hassles, and the city is only 15 minutes away by bus, train or bicycle. Boundary road is a 10min walk and is great for food shopping, eating out or grabbing a takeaway. Living here you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city at arms reach. It is a safe area, accessible by the night bus which runs from Brighton to Portslade train station all night long!
