I am looking for a lodger in my 2 Bedroom Maisonette in Hove. 5mins walk to Hove Station, 100yds to George Steet for shopping all all bus stops.

£425 per month + Bills of £125 per month

I hope you can see from the pictures that it's a really nice pad. Large lounge and dining room, kitchen and garden downstairs, then the 2 bedrooms and cool new bathroom upstairs!

It is a good sized double room 11ft x 11ft, facing into the garden, so really quiet It comes un-furnished, simply because the lodgers I have had in the past have had their own.

I am hoping to find a someone to share my home and that is looking for a home of their own with with plans to stay for at least a year.

I would prefer a professional - so not suitable for couples, students and dhss.

Ok me...I'm mid-30's single straight guy, pretty active and social. Work hard during the week (local ski company), so enjoy mellow evenings but partial to let the leash off at weekends. Considerate and tidy.

Bills include council tax and full Virgin Package with high speed wireless broadband..etc.
