Very busy gastro-pub using fresh, local, organic produce requires junior sous chef.
3rd in charge of a brigade of 6.
Ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be looking for a position of responsibility where their input is valued and appreciated.
May suit a current chef de partie who wants to move up in a quality establishment.
5 day working week and good holidays. Immediate start for the right candidate.
