Indigo restaurant (www.indigorestauarnt.info) is located inside the Ardington hotel (www.ardingtonhotel.co.uk) in Worthing, Sussex ( 10 miles west along the coast from Brighton)
Indigo along with the hotel is privately owned and managed by the same family for 81 years.

The restaurant is a popular restaurant with the majority of guests being from outside the hotel and it has gaind areputation for excellent food and service

The job of Assistant is a senior position and requires you to supervise/ guide/ manage staff and lead shifts with

5 days per week split and straight shifts.
salary is £15,600 gross + approx £1,500 cash tips net, + £800-1000 gross hotel tips.

Candidates must be of smart tidy apperance, be able to write and speak fluent English and have a minimum of three years experience working in restaurants.

If neccessary we are able to offer accomodation for one week whilst you look for accommodation in the area.

As a guideline a studio flat is approx £100+ per week- less for a house share.
