We are a small friendly IT company that has outgrown its current office space. We are looking for somewhere in or near central Brighton which must have parking, or have free on street parking easily avaliable.

Our preferance is the lewis road / elm grove area, but we would consider all of brighton/hove for a suitable office.

Looking for approximatly 500sqft, but larger considered if the price is right. Preferably self contained.

Rent negotiable depending on location, condition, parking, rates and whether bills/services are included.
