A busy Mail order department which is experiencing rapid growth with a cutting edge new website about to go live.

The Job
Answering incoming telephone calls and emails to company standards in a timely manner.
Maximising all potential sale leads.
Managing customer stock and location queries
Utilising the Website and catalogue as Sales tools.
Managing customer expectations.
Working towards Mail Order targets.
Providing first class service to our customers and ensuring our high company standards are maintained at all times.
To work as an integral part of the Mail Order team.

Essential
Strong verbal communication skills. I.T. literate,
Excellent telephone manner
Good Listening Skill.
Logic thinking.
Good bike knowledge.

Desirable
Passionate about all things bike
Customer Care Background
Able to introduce, maintain and update spreadsheets.
Problem solver.
Good organization skills and self motivation
A good all round technical bike knowledge and supplier warranty guidelines

Salary
Competitive package
You will be entitled to 25 days paid holiday per annum, (excluding Public Holidays) in addition to Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
After 3 months probationary period staff purchases.
