To work with the Head of Development in guiding potential strategic alliance distribution partners and staff through the stages of a development project, from inception to delivery, co-ordinating specialist knowledge and expertise as necessary, whilst taking responsibility for specific aspects of each project under the direction of the department head.



Specific Skills, Qualifications, Training & Experience



Must be fluent in Mandarin



The jobholder should be educated to degree level.



Experience of medical insurance and healthcare, including some exposure to the legal and regulatory frameworks associated with both healthcare and insurance in overseas markets is important.



Experience in business development is important with some exposure to strategic alliances and partnerships an advantage.



Thorough understanding of the business development process and the interdependencies of pricing, risk management, marketing, distribution, product development, systems, legal and operational aspects of running a medical insurance business.
