Hi. I'm offering my lovely one bed flat out to rent from 24th November until 18th February (12 weeks).
It has a kitchen and separate lounge with an open fire. There is a shower (no bath). The flat is colourful, a bit "Brighton bohemian". It has wood floors through the hall. It has a powerful heating system and it's a first floor flat so it's easy to heat through Winter.
As this is a short let I will be leaving some of my things in the flat (books/clothes). So we would need to mutually agree on how much storage space you would want.
I want to feel comfortable with whoever stays here. I want a non smoker, and would prefer a woman. Preferable someone into conscious living. No DSS sorry.
The flat is NOT suitable for a family, though a couple could be OK here.
