Individual 6 month contracts, £400 per calendar month, bills not included. Ideally looking for young professionals and non smokers. References will be needed.

We both like an easy life and love living in Brighton. We are both in our 20s and have full time jobs. We are normally quite chilled out during the week but like to be out and about at the weekend. The house is clean and tidy (but not in a weird obsessive way!). The cat is an outdoor cat, so he’s not in the house very much.
