Sous Chef Great Opportunity
Outstanding opportunity to work for an award winning restaurant that has received local and national critical acclaim looking to gain 2 Rosettes.
Our client is a brasserie operation that works with quality seasonal and local produce gained from sustainable sources. They offer a mouth watering yet simple menu, this combined with the determination and commitment for providing outstanding customer service by the owners has attributed to their success.
Within this role you will be required to manage, mentor and train junior members of staff, manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef and have an input into menu planning and costing. You will also play an integral part in assisting our client oush forward and gain 2 Rosettes.
To apply for this position you will be an innovative Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef with a minimum of 5 years experience gained in a reputable hotel or restaurant qwhich hold 1 or 2 Rosettes. You will be confident and able to manage a small kitchen team, be passionate about food, have a keen interest in current food trends in addition to being level headed and calm with the ability to work in a fast paced kitchen.
Our client can offer a basic salary of £21'000 - £22'000 + Tips (2/3k) + further benefits and the opportunity to work with an organisation that is going places.
