Parking is free on the road (there is no need for a permit which is great unlike most of Brighton), the train station and the seafront/city centre are about a 10 min walk or a bus can take you there in 5 mins (bus stop is just around the corner, only 1 min walk).

The house is a four bedroom house (landlord does not live there) and is double glazed throughout so is very cozy in the winter.
