Basically, I just moved to Brighton and I'm looking for friends. England has a noticeably different friendship dynamic than in Canada (or at least my part of Canada). What I mean by this is that in England, guys seem to be friends with guys and girls are friends with girls. Where I come from, I enjoyed the company of many friends including both guys and girls. Although I've got nothing against girls (I am one), I'm finding myself stuck in wedding dress conversations. I really don't care about dress shopping!

I enjoy talking about loads of things including culture, current events, music, travel, etc. Don't get me wrong, I love to just be silly as well. I'm not a serious person by any stretch.

I love going to farmer's markets and driving (I can't drive on this side of the road here) to various destinations.

I like having a chat over a pint, not over shots if you know what I mean (pubs not clubs). I also like coffee shops even more.

So if you're a guy or a not-so-girly girl, send me a message because I'm really finding it difficult to find either a friend (and only a friend) who is a guy, or a girl who's not the entire essence of everything pink.
