Our restaurant has been recently refurbished to offer a new and exciting modern dining experience. Having been designed by a renowned restaurant designer, the restaurant offers an environment which is open and stylish. Our food operations are being overseen by an experienced Michelin Starred Chef. Together it is our intention to offer the local community fresh, interesting and affordable food in a stylish and relaxed environment.

To apply for the position the applicants must:

§ Show good communication skills
§ Have the ability to work alongside the management team to develop ideas

This is an ideal position for a couple or two friends travelling together but individual applicants will be considered. Live-in accommodation is available.

Applicants must be eligible to work in UK, be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Applicants must be available to start immediately and be prepared to work over the Christmas and New Year period (with the exception of Christmas and Boxing days).

We require a minimum of six months commitment.
