They are currently seeking to employ an experienced Commis Chef to take responsibility for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food to the required standard and to run the section as agreed with the Head Chef. You must have experience of monitoring deliveries and complying with Hazard procedures. You must work well within a team and have a passion for cooking. A varied cuisine knowledge would be advantageous.
You must possess your C&G 1&2 or NVQ equivalent, Food Hygiene certificates and have HACCPS awareness. You must possess a flexible attitude to working hours and be able to plan your own time effectively.
