Ok so I have a nice flat, car, good job prospects, great family and friends and live a good life etc but I have been unlucky in love (cue the violins), I've never quite met the girl that's right for me yet. I could do what I've always done and meet someone at a bar or a friends party. But I'm 32 now and although I know I'm not old but I'm starting to get thoughts that I'd better try and get my arse in gear otherwise it may be to late and I'll find myself registering on senior dating sites?!
So I thought why not try and speed up the process by giving this online stuff a go now. I'm not sure if Gumtree is the best but it may be a good start, and its free!
To be honest I'm not great at this email chat stuff but love to chat and have a laugh face to face, I can express myself much better that way. They say body language counts for 80% of human interaction! But I guess with this stuff you have to chat for awhile? You wouldn't just say 'ok lets meet up tomorrow!' in the first email. So I'll just have to go with it and see what happens.

Hard to describe yourself in a few words but I'm a genuine bloke with a good sense of humour who wouldn't hurt a fly but also knows how to stand up for himself. I have lots of interests and like all the usual stuff like films pubs walks travelling.
