We're looking for a great laid back housemate that appreciates a nice cleanly environment in which to live. There's currently 2 music lovers and a IT professional living in this beautiful 4 bed house; 2 male and 1 female, 29-34 yrs, working full time, part time and studying music. Ideally we'd like people of 25yrs and over to share our space.

The house is spread over 3 floors, with the available room at the top facing west with amazing views over Brighton and the garden - next to my room (Andy) which faces the road at the front.
The ground floor has the two other housemates rooms and the large bathroom - with shower, bath and storage.
The well lit lower ground floor houses the open plan kitchen and lounge which leads out through the french doors into a large west facing garden - which is a current hotbed of gardening potential(!). We have 2 fridges and a freezer with plenty of storage for food and bits, and a gas cooker, microwave and assorted white goods . .
Even though the bedroom is unfurnished - the stripped wooden floored lounge has digital TV, audio, storage and comfy seating
