This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bar person to join the prestigious Pelham House hotel in the Sussex market town of Lewes.

Previous hotel /restaurant experience ESSENTIAL.
Must have a good all round knowledge of drinks service to include wines,Champagne and cocktails.The role will also involve seating and greeting,waiting on tables and general multitasking within the restaurant and food service areas.

All candidates should demonstrate a solid track record in similar roles within the hospitality sector, be fluent in English and have a friendly and enthusiastic manner.Although the hotel is situated close to Lewes station and many bus routes your own transport would be an advantage as the role will involve some late night finishes.
