My client is a top end Golf & Country Club with a superb reputation for it's facilities and service.

They are now recruiting for a talented chef to join their small team. This will be a diverse role that will see you providing a table d'hote menu for breakfast lunch and dinner service as well as catering for large functions, weddings and conferences. This will include buffets and a brasserie style bar menu.

You will need to be organised and self motivated with impeccable standards.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of catering for large scale events as well as normal service in a high end environment. You must also have a history of being able to work on your own as well as part of a team.

Own transport essential due to location.
