I am Spanish, male, I have been living here for 6 years. I am a teacher, straight, also tidy, clean, non smoker, fully trained in household chores, (and willing to keep the house clean) very considerate, funny and quiet(despite being Spanish). I need a room of at least 8 square metres, preferably unfurnished, long term rent,washing machine and no pets as I am allergic to them. The price willing to pay is not more than £400 incl. bills. I have got 3 references.

My favourite areas are: around Western Road, from the sea to Davigdor Road and from Grand Avenue/The Drive to West Street; 7dials area; around the Brighton Railway Station; the Level;Hanover; Queens Park and Kemptown, no too far from the Royal Sussex County Hospital, eastbound direction.
