Hi i'm Dan, 24, ex music student now graduate/young professional looking for a new flatmate to move in to my lovely 2 bed flat on Lansdowne street, hove at the end of November!
The flat itself is a basement flat (i know what you're thinking ERGH) but for the price it's actually really good.It's big, has a good sized lounge, good sized bedrooms and kitchen and even has a patio where u can hang up your washing, thats right, theres a washing machine! Theres also internet and an XBOX 360 for all your entertainment needs. You also get the bigger bedroom for no extra cost and because i can't be assed to move all my stuff over to the bigger room. The room is however unfurnished which you may prefer i don't know but i will be at hand to help with the moving of any furniture.
Its a really good location, right next to Palmeria Sq. far enough from the busy centre, but not too far to be out of reach (15min walk to churchill sq.).
Now for the ugly part, its 650pcm, you pay 400pcm inc. council tax, which does mean i cant accept any students im afraid! (The 400 doesn't inc electricity, gas and water but tv license and internet is free, for you anyway). There is also a deposit of 300 which is payed to cambridge residential (the agency).
so i'm looking for a young professional whos fun, got a sense of humour, likes a bit of music and is reasonably clean! Boy or girl doesn't matter
