Hard working male chef looking for part-time work
Hi my name is Ross Craig I'm 22. I’m currently looking or a part-time job as a chef. I’ve had 18 months experience as a commis chef at the Hythe Imperial. I’ve undertaken a BTEC National Diploma in European Hospitality Management where I learnt how to prepare and cook dishes for my learning portfolio.
I am currently studying my second year in a Foundation Degree in Food and Culinary Arts at City College Brighton and Hove, where I have learnt to develop my culinary skills further and give an in depth evaluation of the dishes cooked and have dramatically improved my culinary skills to a professional restaurant standard. I have a level 2 in food Hygiene, level 2 in Health and safety and level 3 in supervisory Health and hygiene.
