We’re Domestic and General, a well established contact centre in the very heart of Brighton city centre. Our dedicated Quality and Verification team, responsible for monitoring quality across the business, are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced data analyst.

As Data and Performance Analyst you will be providing detailed management information in order to effectively monitor and help to improve the quality of work carried out across the site. You will investigate anomalies and monitor trends in order to help maximize revenue and minimise cost. It will be important that you communicate findings to the operations management team and liase with other key business stakeholders where necessary.

To be a great Data and Performance Analyst you will have a strong statistical background with the ability to take data in its raw form and develop clear conclusions and propose meaningful solutions. Excellent attention to detail and a drive to improve performance are also essential. Experience within the call centre or financial services industry would be an advantage.

As well as advanced analytical and Excel skills, experience in SQL, Business Objects and TCF would be desirable.
