nia is a busy cafe in Steyning nestled in the South Downs. We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and are looking for an experienced floor person to join our small team as a supervisor or assistant floor manager.

You will have the following skills:

* organisation
* ability to multi task
* bar experience
* managing junior members of the team
* attention to detail

You will have the following behaviours:

* have a friendly and dynamic personality with customers
* work well as part of a small team and take direction
* be proactive

nia has high expectations of its employees and offers fantastic training and good rates of pay for the right candidates. You will need your own transport as split shifts will be required.
