Privately owned country house hotel requires an experienced Sous Chef
The small hotel is a popular destination for private diners, as well as business people and weddings and events. The kitchen is busy and is gaining a reputation locally for producing good quality fresh food, from a developing menu.
You will be an experienced chef who is used to the busy nature of a hotel, you will be logical and be able to work and lead a team effectively, in the head chefs absence. You will be well presented and have a desire to work with fresh food.
