There's a secure private car park in the front drive and a garden at the back (decked soon). We are approx 15 mins bus ride to Kemp Town, 20 minutes to Churchill sq and the Marina and 25min to the Universities and Brighton Railway station.

Fully equipped with the usual mod cons including a fast cook Kitchen (three single hobs, two microwave ovens, two sinks, washing machine etc), Conservatory dining lounge with large LCD TV and Sky television, Full gas central heating, Fire alarmed, two Toilets and two power Showers. Full cabled and wirelees Broadband internet throughout the house and garden.

The downstairs front room looks onto the front of the house. It has a double bed with understorage, canvas wardrobe, desk and chair and shelving. Own washbasin, TV socket with freeview box (card slot optional), broadband internet socket and power.

Rent per calendar month is £390 for one lodger or £440 for a couple or two sharing. One month's rent required as security deposit. Rent is fully inclusive of all utility bills, council tax, TV licence and maintenance therefore you dont have any extra bills to pay.

Please be advised its a no smoking house and we have a puppy German Shepherd Ciska who is very friendly and housetrained.
