Job Purpose:

To assist Patient Co-ordinator during consultation clinics for MYA, a leading cosmetic surgery
Duties:
- Meeting and greeting patients on arrival
- Guiding patients to the waiting area
- Handing relevant forms/documents to patients on arrival
- Provide assistance to the Patient Co-ordinator during clinic time
- Alerting Patient Co-ordinator of the arrival of scheduled patients
- Inputting patient information onto database

Skills/Qualifications:

Customer Service, Multi-tasking, knowledge of Microsoft Packages, IT literate

Minimum Requirements:

Must have previous customer service experience and qualified to A Level or equivalent criterion
