We’re Domestic and General, and we lead the UK in providing warranty protection for domestic consumer appliances. As a Sales Team Leader you’ll manage, motivate, and coach a team of dedicated telephone sales agents. An inspiring manager with contagious enthusiasm, you’ll regularly conduct one-to-one coaching sessions with your team members, ensuring they achieve call volume and quality targets, and provide extra training and development where necessary.

We also want you to work closely with our central HR team and the Contact Centre Manager to update personnel files and team paperwork, and help us to maintain our continuing levels of success and industry-leading performance. This is your ideal role if you have a team leader, sales manager, or senior sales agent background, especially in telesales or telephone marketing, customer services, sales, or retail.

To be a great Sales Team Leader with D&G you need to show us your previous success managing a busy sales or customer service team, ideally within a call centre or contact centre environment. You will be an excellent communicator, highly organised with tons of enthusiasm and most importantly be able to inspire others to fulfill their real potential.

We are looking for Team Leaders to work 21 hours per week. This will include a Saturday AND Sunday (working 10:00 – 18:00). The remaining 7 hours can be worked at any time during the weekdays (opening times, Mon – Thurs 13:00 – 21:00 / Fri 12:00 – 20:00)
