I'm a 31 year old female, I work for a charity in Brighton and am currently 6 months pregnant - baby is due 7 Feb next year! I am not together with the father unfortunately.

Due to the expense of 1 bedroom flat I thought it would be worth seeing if anyone would be up for sharing a 3 bedroom flat/house with me?

I have already found an amazing property that I would like to show you which is near Preston park. Your part of the rent would be just £420 per month plus bills. The house has 3 double rooms, 2 lounges (you would have your own double room and own lounge!) and it has a big kitchen and big garden with a built in BBQ which will be great for parties in the summer. It is a huge place across 2 floors and there is loads of storage and free parking - BONUS :)

I'll be on maternity leave when he baby is born but I'm always out and about a lot and we can discuss ways to make sure my baby causes the least disturbance to you!
