A manager is needed for the best cafe in Horsham. The Real Eating Company cafes serve high quality coffee and light food in a busy and lively environment.

The position is full-time and permanent.

General Duties:
* Maintain the highest standards of service at all time
* Oversee the efficient operation of the cafe
* Stock control, purchasing and GP margins
* To motivate and develop existing staff
* Recruit, train and develop new team members
* Implement and maintain health & safety/food hygiene regulations
* Prepare weekly rotas


Applicants must:
* Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
* The personality to lead, coach, develop and motivate your team
* have 1 or more years experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Be eligible to work full time in the UK
* Provide references

Salary commensurate with experience
