We are currently looking for a for a chef de partie for a 4 star luxury hotel with great amenities close to Gatwick Airport .
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this brigade of up to 15 chefs and be responsible for your own section and to develop the commis chef . As an experienced chef you will have the flair and interest to add your personality to the kitchen and the daily dishes.
You will be required to maintain high standards of food hygiene.
As you will be working in a busy environment which caters for both the restaurants and C & B functions at the hotel. You need to be a good team player and consistent as well as being able to work well under pressure.
You catering background should reflect a solid career history to date and a keen interest in food and a real hands on chef with a good eye for detail .
