Customer Service and Administrations Advisor
Our client is an award winning financial regulator that is currently seeking a customer service and administrations advisor to join their team on a temporary basis to help with a significant increase in workload.
Working as part of a team you will be required to deal with any immediate customer enquiries, record and manage incoming contacts, and seek to build and maintain customer relations both internally and externally.
The successful candidate will need to have the following skills:
•A high level of IT literacy
•Excellent attention to detail
•Data entry accuracy
•Basic pensions knowledge
•High level of customer service and query handling experience
•Excellent communication – written and oral
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Time management and delivery
•Good team working skills
