My client, a highly reputable public sector organisation, is currently seeking to recruit an IT Support Analyst for a part time contract in Hastings.

This position offers a great opportunity to build on customer facing and technical support skills, and the opportunity to gain some experience from within a supportive and well respected organisation.

The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will be to act as a first line support contact for a high volume of calls with a friendly and professional manner, and to log, resolve if possible, or assign those calls to other teams within the business.

Ideally candidates will have a good level of Service Desk, IT Support or telephone based customer service experience. The hours of work will be 8am - 1pm, Monday to Friday, and the pay rate will be £8.40 per hour.
