My client is an independent outbound telephone fundraising agency based in Brighton. A charity specialist with vast experience, who understand the needs of charities, as one of the UK's top telephone fundraisers. The company’s award-wining fundraising has also become the benchmark of quality for the industry as a whole. The company is growing with fantastic opportunities. They champion best practice in fundraising at all times and only ever acts in the best interests of their clients.

Our client is looking for Temporary Telephone Fundraisers. (with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate).

£7.00 to £7.30 per hour

The working hours are flexible hours.

The candidate:

The key to successful telephone fundraising is to show sensitivity flexibility and empathy.

Previous fundraising or telesales experience of at least 6 months is ESSENTIAL. You will be used to working to targets and have the ability to build rapport quickly, handling objections effectively. You must have the ability to end the conversation with a great impression of the organisation.

You will have a self-motivated, driven attitude and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills. The ability to close a sale is imperative. Your level of care and attention to detail will ensure conversion rates are as high as possible.
