We require a strong Head chef for busy beach front bar/ restaurant. Must be hardworking, reliable and speak good English. All applicants must have extensive knowledge with regard to preparation, cooking and presentation of Classic and modern British food and Classic Sunday roasts, be able to run a successful kitchen. All aspects of management skills will be required i.e. Bookwork, ordering, rotas, cost control, GP results, etc. etc.
All successful applicants will be required to work various day and night shifts that will include weekends and bank holidays to work approximately 45 hours a week.
