I have a double room with to let in my semi detached house. Easy access for the universities, A27 and Brighton town centre.
There is free private parking at the front of the house, with more free parking down the side driveway where there is a garage for bike storage etc.
The rooms come furnished and there is free wireless internet available throughout the house.
There is a home gym in the out building in the garden which has weights, rowing machine, music etc. The garden is south facing with use of gas barbq..weather permitting!
The room is £400 per month including bills.
The house is very close local shops and main bus stop to all areas.
There are 2 lounges with cable T.V. a desk for study and a dining area.
