We've a room available in our house, in Hangleton, which is sort of part of Hove, and is 5 minutes walk from Portslade station, shops, pubs.... whatever you need. There's plenty of parking, and regular bus routes to Brighton.
We've got all mod cons. New cooker, wireless landline phones, broadband internet (with facility for wireless laptops), washing machine, garden, bathroom with gorgeous power shower, and use of lounge.
So far we're 3 blokes. Me, Ian, 43 years old; I'm a musician who runs and performs in a stilt walking band and also direct a mandolin orchestra, for my sins.

The cost is £260 pcm + share of bills (about £35 -£40 per month).
The room is furnished and is 6 foot by 11 foot.
Sorry, but no DHSS; you must have regular employment. Also, no smokers, please. We keep a tidy and homely house, so would encourage those who want to live likewise, and don't expect a mother to clear up after you!
