We have a double room available in a lovely house in Brighton, situated 5 minutes away from Preston Park, and short walking distance from London Road train station with regular buses that go into the town centre just a couple of minutes walk away.

It's a 5 bedroom house, no living room but a large kitchen/dining area with a washing machine and good cooking facilities looking out at a nice sized garden, a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, both with toilets.

The room itself has a double bed in it already (will need a mattress though) and plenty of floor space with reasonably high ceilings. It also has a nice view over the garden and is at the back of the house so gets quite a lot of natural light.

Everyone who lives in the house loves music but we aren’t a full on crazy party house as we have an old lady who lives one side and a family on the other. Doesn't mean to say though we don't like to go out and have fun on the weekends.
I should mention that everybody who lives here are in their twenties and we are all smokers. We already have a couple in the house, so unfortunately the room is not available to couples to save over crowding.
