Our client is a group of care homes for service users with learning disabilties. They are urgently looking for two home managers Level 4 NVQ/RMA .
The care homes are located in the area of Northants.

A solid experience of managing a challenging care home and idealy experience in working with authism and challenging behaviours would be necessary.
If you are not qualified to NVQ 4/RMA you should be prepared to undertake this course.
Annual salary from £ 26.000 - £ 27.500.
