I am going into my final year to complete a degree in nutrition and I am looking for a volunteer to base a case study on. I am looking for someone with concerning health problems. Initially, I will send out a short questionnaire for you to fill in to make sure the problem is relevant for me to treat. I would then require 2 hours of your time to do a comprehensive consultation.

After I have collected all the information required, I then go away and do my own research and study to complete the case study assessment. Although I will give you feedback on recommended diet and supplements, please understand that I am still a student and not yet fully qualified.
