Primrose Den rabbit hutch. 5ft x 2ft x 2ft. (61 x 152 x 61cm) Has been used for about 4-6 months so still in good condition. The rood has a slight bowed bit so the bit of wood accoss the top could do with a new screw to push it down but it's more decorative that anything else. The roof is still perfectly waterproof and it's a great hutch.

It's in good used condition but there are a few stains inside (bunny was unneutered before he moved out of this hutch so did spray) and a few chews on one of the doors- all to be expected when you're housing rabbits as they do urinate and chew but it's only cosmetic and this is a superb hutch!

I live in Redhill and this would have to be a cash on collection item. You are more than welcome to come and view one evenimng this week or today (sun 27th) as I want it gone ASAP as I sold it on ebay and someone let me down. When collecting you will need a large car/van and 2 people to move it. I am around most evenings for viewings.

I have cleaned it out but as suffering with a stinker of a cold at the mo, it's not perfect so will need a proper clean once collected.
